No. You may browse available courses, fees and course information without an account. Registration is required only when you are ready to begin the enrollment process.
Yes. Payment-plan eligibility depends on your course fee or payable amount and, for the three-instalment option, the course duration. An amount below R1,000 is paid in full. An amount of R1,000 or more qualifies for 2 instalments. An amount of R2,000 or more for a course of at least 8 weeks qualifies for 3 instalments. Where instalments are available, you may still choose to pay the full amount upfront. The enrolment system will show the option that applies to your course.
Yes. Instalments are an option, not a requirement. If your course qualifies for 2 or 3 instalments, you may still choose to settle the full amount upfront.
The enrolment system calculates the exact amount due and shows it before you submit payment. You must pay the exact amount shown for the selected option. Paying less than the required instalment, or an amount between the available options, is not accepted. Your proof of payment must match the amount you submit for verification.
Funda Online Academy accepts EFT / Bank Transfer and Bank Deposit using the official banking details shown during enrolment. Cash payments are not accepted. Students must use the required payment reference and upload genuine proof of payment for Admissions & Finance verification.
Funda Online Academy operates as an online learning provider. Our learning and student-support services are delivered remotely, allowing students to register, study, submit work and receive support online without needing to attend a physical campus.
Yes. Funda Online Academy operates as a registered business. Our formal business and quality-assurance information is maintained as part of our institutional records and certification processes.
CPD means Continuing Professional Development. It supports the ongoing development of knowledge, practical skills and professional competence. Funda Online Academy incorporates CPD-aligned quality principles within its training and certification processes where applicable.
Our programmes are primarily short, skills-focused courses. CPD recognition or accreditation and other quality arrangements may apply to particular training activities, but a short course should not automatically be understood as a nationally registered qualification. Students should review the information provided for the specific course they choose.
No. Funda Online Academy short courses are self-funded and are not funded through NSFAS. Students are responsible for paying the applicable course fee shown before enrollment.
Quality is treated as part of the learning process, not only certification. The Academy applies assessment review, internal verification, learner monitoring, academic-integrity expectations and quality-assurance procedures designed to support consistent and credible learning outcomes.
Yes. Assessments are subject to the Academy's assessment and quality-control processes. Academic integrity and malpractice procedures also form part of our approach to protecting the credibility of student achievement.
Learning access opens after your enrollment information and proof of payment have been reviewed and your application has been approved by the relevant Academy team.
Yes. Once you have submitted an application, you can return to your Student Dashboard to view your enrolled course and follow its approval status.
Students who successfully meet the completion requirements of their course may receive the applicable Funda Online Academy certificate. Course-specific requirements and certification information should be reviewed before enrollment.
Most Academy learning is designed to be flexible and online. Any course-specific deadlines, assessment dates or completion periods will be shown in the relevant course information and student learning area.
Entry requirements depend on the course. Many short courses are designed to be accessible, but students should always check the individual course requirements before submitting an application.
Students can access Academy support for enrollment, account and learning-related queries. Additional learning resources and Library access will be available through the student environment as the relevant services are activated.
